The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the separate bedroom and the peace it offered during the night.
Personally, I found the air conditioner a bit too noisy for my liking.

Location was magnificent and brilliant - 15 minutes walk from a late 15th-century fortified gateway. I could use a handy kitchenette. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

loved our stay in krakow, and this time was even better! the apartment was cozy, modern, and smelled great. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. the host was amazing, so helpful and kind. can't wait to come back next year!
Entrance to the building was unwelcoming.

The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and provided us with practical guidance on the area. They were like a 24-hour concierge service! The apartment was well-equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher and microwave. It was like having a mini chef's kitchen in the comfort of our own space.- The location of the apartment was perfect, with quick access to the airport and popular points of interest. It felt like we were right in the heart of Old Town, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Europe.
The bathroom fan didn't work properly.

The apartment was amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was cozy, the living room was spacious, and the kitchenette was fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and even a dishwasher. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, and there was also a washing machine for my convenience. I loved the flat-screen TV with cable channels too!
Personally, I didn't really like the fact that the apartment had an air conditioner. It's just that I prefer natural ventilation and don't really enjoy artificial coolness.

El personal era súper cercano y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y proponer soluciones. El hotel tenía un parking propio y gratuito, lo cual facilitaba mucho nuestros desplazamientos. La limpieza era impecable y las instalaciones del hotel estaban en buen estado.
Honestamente puedo decir que no había nada que no me gustara.

The Wooden Horse - New Apartment - Old Town was the perfect sanctuary for my recent stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere for the autumn evenings. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the small touches that made me feel very welcome. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with all the necessary essentials, including a washing machine, toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. Its great location, less than 5 minutes from the square, allowed me to easily immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. I am already planning my next visit and hope to stay at this wonderful apartment again!

I had a superb stay at Wooden Horse - New Apartment - Old Town. the apartment was beautifully decorated and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. Everything was sparkling clean and the small touches upon arrival made me feel very welcome. the location was great, just a few minutes' walk to the square, which was always buzzing with fun. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious bathroom with all the necessary amenities. I had a wonderful experience and I'm already planning to come back!

The apartment was absolutely amazing! It was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to all the main attractions. Plus, the host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to visit. We also loved the cozy and modern design of the apartment, with all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and a large fridge. it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our Easter break.
The building itself wasn't very inviting, but once inside the apartment, it was like entering a whole different world.
